14-day return policy
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation supplied with it.
To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before sending the item.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error with the order. Product-specific return limitations, when applicable, are disclosed on the product page or before purchase.
One-year warranty
Products sold by UTV Forge are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects unless a longer warranty is stated on the product page. At our discretion, an approved warranty claim may be resolved by repair, replacement, or refund.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic damage that does not affect function, misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or use contrary to the product instructions.
To make a warranty claim, email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when applicable.
Refund process
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
